Here is another photo taken at Rhododendron Oregon during the same visit. The first photo is the original, the second one is an enlargement that is cropped to better show the strange behavior of the UV light. Notice how the light is wrapped around the pole and there is also some strange red lines in the upper right corner. The photo is not a time lapse nor is there any alteration of the photos (except for the enlargement and cropping). As far as the white circle on the left side and the smoke like object on the Totem pole I have no explanation.
